• Inspired by Seattle grunge and old rock including #800000 Sabbath and Megadeath, Sam is bassist for Limp Bizkit
• He co-founded Limp Bizkit with lead singer Fred Durst
• He is the cousin of Limp Bizkit drummer John Otto (II)
• Sam's first job was at Chik-fil-A a mall in Jacksonville. He also played the tuba in a band at Arlington Middle.
